I had a nose surgery with no implant, using only ear cartilage. I still really like the front view of my nose, but since several years have passed after the surgery, cartilage has built up too much at the tip, the skin has gradually become thinner, and the cartilage at the tip is now visible, so I’m having revision surgery.. It shows up as a round white spot. Also, one side of the nose cartilage felt a bit sharp when I touched it right after surgery, so I asked about it, and they said it was fine. But that specific point has turned red and feels like it might open up, so I’m having revision surgery. I thought I would be able to live without needing revision because I liked it so much, but that’s how it turned out.
