The price for nose surgery is on the expensive side compared to other clinics. Instead, revision surgery within 1 year is free (as of 2017; it may be different now). Since it's a private clinic, I don't think you need to worry about proxy surgery or anything like that. I was very satisfied with the result of the cosmetic surgery itself. However, since nose surgery inevitably reflects the doctor's personal taste in the shape that comes out, I think it would suit men better than women. (The writer is a man.)
