There were a lot of consultation bookings, so it took a little while to get seen, but I liked that I was able to have the consultation right away at my scheduled time without any waiting. The staff were also fairly kind. The director said that I didn't need to do the procedures another hospital had recommended, so there was no pushy sales pitch, which I liked, and because of that the price for a second revision surgery was not bad either. I liked that I could choose between sleep anesthesia and local anesthesia, but... The part where he said scars can only be known after the surgery and couldn't promise anything was a bit worrying, so I'm still thinking about it..
