The director adjusted the line for me many times, and among the clinics I consulted, the wait time was the shortest. I had blocked out 2 hours, but it was over in 30 minutes, which was surprising. There was no excessive push, and no pressure to make a reservation either. Still, the staff felt kind of friendly but kind of not, so it was a bit ambiguous. The line they shaped was fine, and the price felt reasonable compared with other clinics, so it seems okay, but I did not get a strong pull toward it, so I am holding off for now and need to look into it more
