I went last year for an eye surgery consultation. I went at the scheduled time, but after waiting about 30 minutes I first consulted with the manager. It went in the order of manager > doctor > manager, and I waited another 30 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor drew the line well and explained how the procedure would go.
