I saw many mentions of partial incision in other reviews, so I wondered if that might be the case here too, and sure enough, they recommended it. The reason was that they explained things clearly, so it was easy to understand. They also adjusted the line several times, and I was satisfied that they explained things in detail and did not unnecessarily recommend ptosis correction. The consultation time was also reasonably sufficient. The consultation manager was kind at first, but they are rather pushy about booking.
