I was worried because the under-eye fat was severe and made me look dark, but I think they listened well to my concerns. I was also worried whether under-eye fat removal alone would be enough, but they explained the direction of the surgery well, so it was fine. There was a bit of a wait, but I went in expecting that there could be a wait anywhere, so it was okay. The facility looked fine, and the staff seemed to take good care of me, so I was satisfied. It was a consultation without any regrets
