The effect is minimal compared to the cost and the scar left on the scalp... They say hair grows in the scar area, but mine didn’t. I had it done 3 years ago, and now there is barely any difference from the before photo. It seems like it went back because the forehead skin stretches well. The worst part of this surgery is that I didn’t have much hair to begin with, and by pulling the scalp toward the forehead, the top of my head where it was pulled became completely empty, so I have to use hair fibers whenever I go out.
