Honestly, I did this surgery because my subjective complex was very strong, and although the hospital strongly discouraged me, I had all the procedures at once. The reason I chose here was that the director said they would handle everything from the surgery to the treatment from start to finish, and that they would not do more than two surgeries in a day. When I went into the operating room, I felt reassured seeing the anesthesiologist there, and right after the surgery ended, I barely woke up and got up, and the director came to check on my condition then, which made me sure there was no proxy surgery. When I went back for a follow-up after a long time, there were so many patients that I thought he might not remember me, but it was impressive that he recognized me first as soon as he saw my face. I liked that he checked carefully whether there was any discomfort these days, and kept touching my face and looking closely at the incision site. The director is a bit aloof, but his attitude toward patients is the same before surgery and now. The only flaw is that there is a bit of a long wait even if you make a reservation, but I think that is because the director handles everything from consultation to treatment alone, and it must be hard to also see follow-ups. This is even a hospital where the director personally does every session of forehead Fraxel laser one by one, so this amount of waiting time is understandable. The system is definitely different from factory-style hospitals. It was a big surgery, so I was very worried, but it turned out well without feeling excessive, and I do not think even once that it was a waste of money. Maybe I was lucky, but just the fact that it turned out well without complications after all that makes me grateful.
