I went for a consultation for nose surgery, and I liked that the director explained the before-and-after process with Photoshop, and the manager was very kind. But even for a surgery without an implant, they said silicone absolutely had to be used, even if only thinly, so I hesitated. If silicone had not been necessary, I would have had the surgery here.
