They took the consultation photos themselves and even did Photoshop while showing me. They consulted with me calmly and well. They recommended a 3-step tip reduction because it seems to be this doctor's unique technique. They said autologous costal cartilage would be fine, and that septal cartilage or ear cartilage would also be possible. They said it wouldn't droop, but I don't really know. If I do it, I think I'd go with autologous costal cartilage.
