It’s just a factory-style dermatology clinic. I go because it’s cheap and close, but you shouldn’t expect anything special. There are tons of people, and even with a reservation you may have to wait. Even Botox or simple procedures require a consultation with the manager, and they try to upsell a lot of add-on treatments. Aquafacial and skin procedures are done downstairs; there aren’t many people there and it was good. The staff member in charge was kind too. But the wait after going downstairs was a bit long. Overall, just a cost-effective factory-type place.
