All the staff were kind, and the procedure was carried out very kindly too. The toning seemed to be with a Helios machine, and after 10 sessions my melasma clearly became much lighter. Since there were also a few freckles mixed in, the counselor said it would be good to add one Excel V session, so I did that together once and it definitely worked. They didn’t push excessive procedures and recommended what suited me, which I liked. The only downside is that even if I arrive on time for my reservation, I always wait about 20 minutes
