The consultation itself was very good. My nose is very small, low, and short, so at other places I was mostly told there wouldn’t be much change, but here the director seemed unusually confident. And after that, the manager did the consultation really cheerfully and well. She is the consultation manager I remember feeling best about among all the cosmetic surgery consultations I’ve been to. My ears themselves are also small, so if I had used ear cartilage there wouldn’t have been much change, and if I really wanted to change, she said she wanted me to use costal cartilage. The choice between autologous rib cartilage and donor rib cartilage is up to the person, but she said to research a lot, think it over, and decide. During the director’s consultation, I liked that they showed me with Photoshop how I would look after changes later on.
