They accurately understood my condition. They said my columella is short and my philtrum is long, so they need to bring the columella down. I came in wanting autologous costal cartilage. I liked that they also checked surgical safety. There is a discount condition for sharing partial photos. The manager was also kind and nice. I liked that they scheduled patients by time without any waiting, so it feels like a well-organized clinic.
