I was worried about a bulbous nose and wide nostrils, and the improvement for the bulbous nose was definite. Before, from the front my nose looked like it spread out to the sides, but after surgery it looks slimmer and the bridge line looks cleaner too. The nostrils also got much smaller. Before, when I smiled, my nostrils flared a lot, but now even when I smile it looks natural. From the front, the whole nose looks smaller!
