The consultation fee and CT were free, so I went without pressure. After reception and filling out the chart, I had a consultation with the manager first. The manager was very kind. She listened carefully to my concerns and explained the basic information about the surgery. Whenever I asked something, she answered everything. I had the CT scan and then went in for a consultation with the director, and his voice was super loud lol But the manager had already told me beforehand that he wasn’t angry, he just always talks like that, so it was fine. In reality, he was very bright and kind. C
