Because they operate on a fixed-price system, there was no bargaining at all during the consultation, and they spent that entire time explaining the condition of my nose. They looked at the CT together with me and pointed out one by one where the previous surgery had collapsed and in what order each part needed to be rebuilt, and as I listened I felt that the depth was different. They also explained why ear cartilage was not enough and why rib cartilage was necessary, using photos of my nose on the screen one by one, and after listening I felt my mind clear.
