I had a bulbous nose and a low bridge, so from the front my nose looked compressed. I wanted to raise it into a refined straight line, but I was also worried it might turn out too much, and I really hated a nose that looked obviously operated on.. When I went for the consultation, they explained that the nasal bone was on the wider side, which made the bulbous tip look more severe. They also said the nose tip was low, so overall there was no dimensionality, and explained how to shape it so it would look natural yet refined.
