The consultation started right away with no wait even though it was the weekend. I went in and talked while looking at the CT images of my nose, and they recommended autologous costal cartilage rather than donor rib cartilage. The doctor said they only do two surgeries a day, that this isn’t an assembly-line style hospital, and that they look at things in detail, so that seemed good.
