The doctor was very calm and even looked at the endoscope, which was nice. The consultation manager also seemed knowledgeable and experienced. But the staff, including the manager, felt a bit... like delinquent older girls. There was a lot of information on the doctor's blog too, so I trusted them, but the surgical method was scary, so I don't think I can decide easily.. (my nose is extremely difficult) If the improvement is good, cost doesn't matter, but if you book on the same day they give a big discount and add more aftercare services, and things like that
