I had this done about 10 years ago, back when lower canthoplasty was still unfamiliar. I was very satisfied at first, but because this method lowers the outer corner of the eye itself, my eyelids drooped quickly and it felt like aging came on a bit faster, T_T. Now I have also had more posterior lower canthoplasty since then, but I do not recommend procedures that touch the outer corner of the eye!
