The doctor spoke in a really firm way, and I felt like he wanted to leave quickly. So I felt a bit bad during the consultation, but it seems like the surgery would be done safely without overdoing it. I was having a revision surgery and had a lot of worries, but he firmly said no to what could not be done, though he kept sighing too much.
