I went with very high expectations, but I was disappointed because the estimate was much higher than I thought. There was no manager consultation, and I went straight to the doctor consultation. The doctor personally took photos and explained things while doing virtual plastic surgery in Photoshop. He said my nose was a difficult nose and that he would shave the hump, insert silicone, and use both septal cartilage and two pieces of ear cartilage to make the tip. That came to 4,000,000 won. I said I was stressed because the nostrils were very visible from the front and wanted frontal improvement too, so he said we should also do alar lowering surgery. He said it was a different concept from alar reduction and that he would make two to three millimeters of incisions on both sides of the nose and lift them upward. Overall, he said the nose shape from the front should be made so it can look like a seagull shape, or a V shape. He said he had given many lectures on this surgery, but that there was no one who did it as well as he did. Just this surgery alone was 6,000,000 won. With VAT included, the estimate came to 11,000,000 won. I said it was too expensive for my first surgery, so he lowered it to a final 9,000,000 won. There is no separate deposit, and he said that if you cancel surgery after making a reservation, you will be put on a blacklist. That day, the consultation manager was sick and couldn't come in, so the doctor handled everything, including the cost and date consultation. I think he has good aesthetic sense and seems to have good experience, so I really want to do it, but compared with other people, it feels like I was quoted a bit more expensively, so I'm conflicted ㅜ
