The director was kind during the consultation, and the staff seemed to have quite a lot of faith in the director. I was curious because I heard they do a good job of defining the columella, so I went for a consultation, but they said I absolutely had to do the nasolabial angle surgery together, so I excluded this place. If they had said they would do it without the nasolabial angle part, I might have gone through with it. I think it's probably a place that does natural results well.
