It was originally a consultation scheduled for next October, but I went in because of a canceled slot. I went with high expectations because I had heard that the director had a great aesthetic sense, but I didn't feel that the consultation was more detailed or friendlier than at other clinics. The director's pride is extremely strong, and the staff's trust in the director seems very deep. With alar reduction costing 3 million won, the first-surgery price came to over 10 million won, which is usually more expensive than a revision, and although my consultation satisfaction wasn't very high, I'm still considering this as my final choice because of the director's aesthetic sense alone. However, I'm planning to visit many other clinics too, figure out what nose shape suits me, and then decide whether I really need alar reduction. Because there are cases like uneven nostrils or a bent columella, everyone should carefully check premium reviews and decide cautiously.
