This was one of the hospitals I seriously considered until the end. A lot of hospitals book multiple people for the same consultation time, but here I was the only one scheduled for my time slot, so I liked being able to have a quiet consultation without waiting. During the consultation, the doctor personally took photos, put them up, and showed me in Photoshop what I would look like. The doctor was calm and good at consulting, and the manager was also easygoing and nice. But the price was really on the high side.. I don't prefer cheap places, so I only went to pricier clinics for consultations, and even among those this was one of the most expensive. For a first surgery with silicone, you can think of it as about the price of revision surgery with rib cartilage at other places. And, crucially, when you look at the doctor's surgery photos, there is a distinctive nose shape, and personally that wasn't the shape I preferred, so I didn't go with it. If you look at the influencers who had it done here, you'll know what I mean. It feels a bit surgically obvious, so if you like something natural, it probably won't be for you.
