I booked a weekday morning consultation for revision eye surgery and went in without much of a wait. The consultation went in the order of manager -> director -> manager. The consultation manager was kind, and the director was kind too. However, the director seemed a little rushed. When I told them the kind of eyes I wanted, it felt like they only recommended the surgeries that were necessary, which I liked. They answered all the questions I prepared positively, but they were all too simple and positive, so I was left unsure. The consultation was short.
