There was almost no wait~ I saw the manager first, then the director, then the manager again at the end, which seemed similar to other clinics? They didn't push anything beyond what I wanted, so it wasn't bad, but I didn't get the feeling they explained things very professionally or anything like that. Maybe that's why I'm a bit undecided about the surgery
