Just the typical factory-line vibe. After the counselor consultation, the doctor came in right away and rubbed over everything with a machine. I didn't really care because I was going for the cheap option anyway, but the counselor's attitude was so unpleasant. With this sleepy expression, they just half-assed the consultation, and when I said I wanted a recommendation for which procedure would work best for my skin type, they said, 'I don't know either.' It was the first time I'd had a consultation with this little basic kindness;; right before quitting time
