I wanted to get the procedure from the lead doctor, but I could not be assigned to that doctor when I booked, so I ended up with another doctor. The consultation and the procedure itself were both handled carefully, and overall I got the impression that they were friendly. However, personally, I was a little worried that there was almost no pain during the procedure, so I wondered whether it was really working properly.
