I visited because it looked bigger and better than other clinics. In reality it had escalators, the waiting area was spacious, and there were lots of seats, which was nice, but the front desk also felt a bit disorganized, and it was a little surprising that in that huge waiting room the consultation coordinators called each person's name one by one and took them in for consultations. Anyway, I was not there hoping to discuss some other procedure; I only planned to get Botox in the area I wanted, so I did not think much of it, but they suggested that if I bought a membership type package I could get injections cheaper, so I declined. Once I said I did not want it, they did not push any further. The place for washing up, the lockers, and the procedure rooms were all good, and I do not know which doctor it was, but they gave the injection kindly and well. It had the typical factory-style feel, but still not bad.
