I applied because I could get pico toning cheaply through a promo price. The wait time was really, really long. I don't remember exactly, but I think I waited about 40 minutes? maybe an hour. The staff looked insanely busy, so it felt exactly like a typical factory-style dermatology clinic. Since they do procedures at such a low price, it felt a little half-hearted. For the results, they say toning only shows effects after several sessions, but I couldn't really feel anything different from before, so if I want pico toning again, I think I'd go somewhere else. They seem to run promotions often, so I'd recommend going only when there is a promo. I do not recommend going at full price.
