I liked that there weren't many people, and the hospital was spacious. The consultation manager accurately caught what the problem was. There didn't seem to be any excessive marketing. However, looking back now, the explanation of why it had to be done felt a bit insufficient. Maybe because there was still a lot of time left... They had this thing where you put down a deposit, but it was in a form where you could take it back anytime. The facilities were pretty good, and the wait wasn't long, so it wasn't bad.
