The director was not especially kind, but I liked that he said what was necessary was necessary and what was not was not. The manager also seemed to be trying to take good care of people, which was nice, but overall the hospital felt a bit chaotic. There were a lot of foreign patients, and it did not seem like the wait was very long, but it took about an hour before I could even have the consultation. I was told the price based on autologous costal cartilage, and of course that included reviews. If aftercare and everything else are fine, I might do it here.
