A flat nose with a bulky nostril shape has been my lifelong complex, so I finally went out and got consultations for nostril reduction! It was my first time consulting at a plastic surgery clinic, so I was nervous, but the hospital was clean and quiet, which helped me relax a bit. The director’s consultation was really thorough and I was touched. Just by looking at my facial proportions, they said that reducing too much would make it look like a pinched nose and feel awkward, so they shaped it to just the right naturally pretty line lol I was worried about scarring...
