I went for a consultation because it's known for revision nose surgery. First of all, the manager was incredibly kind, and the director explained the structure of the nose in detail with a PPT during the consultation, so you could really feel the experience..? But on the other hand, because he has so much experience, I did wonder whether he'd have good aesthetic sense??.. In cases of materials too, he said he'd try the septum and ear cartilage first, then use autologous costal cartilage if that didn't work, and during the surgery he'd look at the situation and try not to use overly aggressive materials.
