Of all the places I have consulted so far, this one was the most thorough, and everything was explained in a way I could understand. I went in feeling really anxious, but I came out feeling reassured instead(?). I really liked how they clearly and in detail explained things like the risks if I have surgery, what my nose would look like afterward, an objective assessment of my nose from the doctor's point of view, and the direction of the procedure. If I ever end up having removal surgery in the future, I think I would do it here.
