I had nose surgery a year ago and came for a removal consultation~ I saw many reviews saying it was expensive, but mine wasn't such a heavily altered nose, so it was better than I expected(?) Of course, the price is a bit higher than other clinics, and the director was kind, but because it was my first consultation I couldn't ask properly, so it didn't feel like they explained things in detail (if I had asked a lot, I think they would have answered everything well). Looking at my nose, they said a closed approach would be possible...
