After my cheekbone surgery 5 years ago, I argued with the manager because our communication styles didn't match. Then our stories didn't even line up, and after all that time passed without any follow-up check, I had the progress checked at another hospital this time. I heard that manager quit and is now working somewhere else, but please don't treat patients like that.
