I had a consultation after a CT scan, and the doctor and the director were kind during the consultation, but even though I had a reservation, I ended up waiting alone in the consultation room for an hour, so I was a bit exhausted... Usually, wouldn’t they at least say sorry and mention that they’re running a bit late? Only after almost 50 minutes did they say they might be a little late because things were backed up, but they didn’t really apologize, which felt off. The facilities and consultation were fine.
