The consultation booking felt too cumbersome. The biggest disappointment was that if you send a message on KakaoTalk, they will definitely call you. If I could just book the consultation online, I would make the reservation easily, but they keep calling, and even changing the date has to be done by phone, which is my biggest complaint.
