The consultation was the most trustworthy medically because the doctor personally explained everything while looking at the CT scan. In particular, it was impressive that they saw the part another hospital had called cartilage calcification as possibly bone, and they explained logically why autologous costal cartilage was needed. However, the hospital environment felt a little dated, and the consultation manager's response and the aftercare system were somewhat disappointing. Because this is a style that values the process and structure more than the result, opinions may be divided. The manager was very pushy about price negotiations, so that felt a bit burdensome.
