I was looking into hospitals for rhinoplasty and, while searching for a single-doctor clinic that did not advertise much and was known by word of mouth, I found this one. I had been researching clinics for about 5 months, and I went into the consultation with huge expectations. The doctor touched my nose and said the tip would probably only be possible with the septal cartilage and that they probably would not need to harvest ear cartilage, so I said okay. A few days later, I went to another hospital and had photos taken, and they said the amount of septal cartilage was too small to do it with septal cartilage alone and that ear cartilage would have to be used. Every hospital I visited after that consultation said ear cartilage would have to be used.
