I had revision rhinoplasty here after reading reviews saying they would make it look natural, but one year later I had it removed at another place. (I wanted to remove it right away, but I waited a year because I was worried it might be risky.) The director also examined it and knew it was wrong, and said he would correct it, but after surgery there wasn't a single part I was truly happy with, so I decided I couldn't leave it to them anymore and just went somewhere else to have it removed.
