So far I’ve been to more than 10 clinics just for consultations, because I’ve been thinking about nose surgery for about 3 years and I still haven’t met the one that gives me that gut feeling. But this was the only place that suggested using silicone. Up until now, everyone said I could do it without an implant, but this clinic said because of the step-off, it should come up a little even if thin... I had really high expectations, but because of that I looked at other clinics The doctor said a completely smooth line might not be possible
