I visited for a consultation about revision rhinoplasty. Before the consultation, I was disappointed by the staff's response. Before properly checking the details of what I asked, they gave a negative answer first, saying it would be difficult or impossible, which caught me off guard. But in the later consultation with the surgeon, he explained that it was fully possible, and because the staff's opinion and the surgeon's opinion were so different, my trust dropped a little during the consultation process. In particular, their blunt attitude of speaking so definitively before the consultation had even really started felt uncomfortable. The surgeon was confident and explained my current nose condition and the surgical direction well. I felt that he had experience and know-how with surgery. Still, no matter how good the surgeon's consultation is, I think the staff's response and the overall atmosphere are also important when choosing a clinic. If only the staff had been okay, I would have seriously considered it as a surgery candidate. But the impression I got during the consultation was not good, and after considering several factors, I ultimately decided not to have the surgery at this clinic.
