I liked the way the director spoke slowly, calmly, and quietly. The consultation went smoothly, and the consultation manager also wasn’t the type to push hard, which I liked. It doesn’t seem like a very, very large hospital, but the consultation room and the surgical recovery room are separated, and that was clearly visible, which I liked. If I were to choose, I think it would be a pretty normal place to go with. The director said he liked a glamorous, elegant style, so I thought he would prefer something flashy, but maybe because he was conscious of reviews, he was a bit more focused on customer needs.
