I have always been insecure about my face shape, so I went for a consultation while thinking about facial contouring surgery. At first I was scared of the word surgery itself and worried a lot, but the director carefully looked at the structure of my facial bones and explained in an easy-to-understand way which parts would be good to improve, so I felt relieved. Rather than just pushing surgery on me, they realistically talked about a direction that suited my face, and that gave me trust.
