I went for a consultation for a no-graft nose tip surgery. The consultation was detailed and good, but somehow the doctor seemed a little sensitive.. Since I don't know much about nose surgery and it was my first consultation, I didn't ask anything annoying or excessive at all, but still.. I went there 90 percent ready because I really wanted to do it, but they said they'd open it during the surgery and if there wasn't enough cartilage or something, they'd use donor rib cartilage, and that would add another 1.2 million won... That's the cost for a first rhinoplasty nose tip, so it's too expensive and I'm still thinking.. If they were going to use donor rib cartilage or not, I would have done it if it were in the 4 million won range .... I'll need to get consultations elsewhere too...
